Welcome to the
Michigan Unified Certification Program
(MUCP)
Welcome to the Michigan Unified Certification Program (MUCP). The MUCP is responsible for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), the MDOT Small Business Program (MDOT SBP), and Airport Concessionaire Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) certification in the state of Michigan. Comprised of 33 USDOT-funded agencies with certification programs, the intent of the MUCP is to provide "one-stop shopping" to firms seeking certification. As such, these firms may submit an application to one of the 3 certifying agencies and undergo one review to achieve DBE status. If approved, DBE certified firms are eligible to work on any federally funded airport, highway or transit contract as a DBE, MDOT SBP, or a ACDBE firm.
This site provides a searchable directory of DBE, MDOT SBP, and ACDBE certified firms in the state of Michigan, information about the programs and relevant applications, forms, news and current events.
