2024 Newly Certified MDOT DBE's
Pursuant to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations at 49 CFR Part 26.45 titled "Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs," MDOT announces its goal for its FTA-funded bus transit and metropolitan planning organization DBE programs for FY 2024-2026. MDOT proposes the adoption of an FTA DBE goal of 0.96 percent for FY 2024-2026. For more information, please see link below.
